Urban Vision Enterprises Community Interest Company
Urban Vision Enterprises CIC is an independent community interest company (company number 7690116) which works in partnership with Urban Vision North Staffordshire to deliver the charity's work. The CIC also works on a national basis for the benefit of a wider range of communities.
Urban Vision Enterprises CIC delivers the charity’s aims and programmes by developing and managing projects, negotiating with key stakeholders to deliver services and projects for them, and preparing project proposals, funding applications and tenders. A Memorandum of Understanding between the CIC and the charity provides the framework for this partnership working.

Urban Vision Enterprises CIC has three company directors - the former chair of the charity's board of trustees, Dave Chetwyn, and two former members of staff, Hannah Barter and Mick Downs. All three are built environment professionals qualified and experienced in town planning, urban design, heritage conservation, urban regeneration, and community engagement.

The CIC focuses on the same work areas as the charity - design advice and enabling, skills development, young people's education and community engagement. The company is developing its work programme and current projects include
